Refunds

TPS/Tennessee Private Storage, Inc., as a standard practice, does not actively have a refund policy. However, upon move out and confirmation of a clean unit, the lessee will receive his/her security deposit back within 30 days via mail. Furthermore, depending on date of move in, the lessee's rent for the initial month will be pro-rated.
